World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic Launches July 21

Blizzard Entertainment has officially revealed the release date for Mists of Pandaria Classic — the beloved expansion will return on July 21, 2025, with a pre-patch launching on July 1. This reimagined experience brings players back to the mystical continent of Pandaria, featuring one of the most unique chapters in WoW history.
Key Features Returning in Mists of Pandaria Classic:
- New playable race: Pandaren, a neutral race that can choose to join either the Alliance or the Horde.
- New class: Monk, with three specializations — Brewmaster (tank), Mistweaver (healer), and Windwalker (damage).
- Level cap increase: The maximum level will rise to 90.
- Talent system overhaul: A streamlined and more flexible talent system.
- Pet battles: A new Pokémon-style minigame where players collect and battle companions.
- AOE looting: Pick up loot from multiple enemies at once, improving overall quality of life.
- Scenarios: Short, story-driven PvE content for three players — ideal for quick sessions.
- Pre-launch event: "Attack on Theramore", an event leading into the Pandaria storyline.
Special Bonuses and Events:
- Free level 85 boost: Players who defeat Balnazzar in the Scarlet Enclave raid by June 30 will receive a free boost to level 85 on progression servers.
- Exclusive mount: Players who complete the Pandaren starting zone before July 30 will unlock Shaohao’s Sage Serpent mount in modern World of Warcraft (retail version).

Blizzard is also offering Heroic and Epic editions for Mists of Pandaria Classic, which include:
