Steam has the sci-fi action game PRAGMATA on a 20% sale, the first one it has ever had. The offer runs through 21 September.
Hugh came to the Moon with an investigation team. Diana is an android. The AI that was meant to run the station has taken over: doors locked, turrets shooting at people. They need a way out and a route to Earth. Hugh fires while Diana hacks locks, turrets and the robots themselves, so shooting and hacking happen together instead of one after the other. The corridors are cramped, there are living quarters, grey ground outside the windows. The game is not stretched over months, and by the end the story of those two hits harder than the quiet opening suggests.
Steam already has more than 30,000 reviews, and about 97% of them are positive. People like the fights where shooting and hacking run at the same time, Hugh and Diana as a pair, and how the lunar station looks. They complain that you walk the same corridors too often: another panel, another door, the same hack again, and that the middle has little story, just more compartments.
