Crimson Desert: Charting the Unknown comes out on 15 October

Charting the Unknown, the first story expansion for Crimson Desert, comes out on 15 October. Pre-orders are already live on Steam, and you play it on the Enhanced version of the game.

Past the shoreline

The story has stayed on land in Pywel until now. You can take a ship, reach new islands off the coast and dive: sunken ruins, treasure, and an old secret under the water. New enemies wait on land and at sea, and the fights are meant to hit harder than in the base game.

A house, a trade, three names

While the adventure runs, you can rent places and run them as a business, fit out a home the way you want, and get closer to the people of Pywel. The new threads follow Kliff, Oongka and Damiane: a threat hanging over the desert, a political fight, and a line about travelling through time.

The game itself

Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure. It shipped in March and got the Enhanced update in August. The expansion picks up the same story.
